On Radical Self-Love

{October 26, 2021}

Oh my goodness, it’s finally here! I’m officially kicking off my very first weekly email blast EVER, and I’m so freaking excited!

I’ve been wanting to do this for a while now, and guess what? You’ve made the short list to get the first one! (Ngl, it was a pretty short list to begin with 😂).

At some point in the recent past you’ve either A) opted in to receive a mindset activity freebie, B) had a conversation with me about mindset/life coaching for yourself, or C) you’re my mom… Either way, here we are.

So here’s the plan:

Every Tuesday, I’ll be popping into your inbox with a quick and easy mindset pick-me-up for you to take with you into the rest of your week. You’ll be getting:

- 2 Ideas from others
- 2 Coaching questions from me
- 2 Affirmations to keep you moving forward

That’s it. No spammy emails, no novels (except for this one 😜). Just a few lines to break up the bullsh*t, and shift your mindset.

Listen, I know for a fact you already get way too many promo emails and the last thing you need is another email campaign to unsubscribe to.

My hope is that these “twofers” will be a quick, little bright line in your inbox to break up the bullsh*t and give you a little space for some self-analysis.

But if at any point you’re not getting value from it, you’re totally free to #thankyounext and unsubscribe. We’ll still be friends, promise.

So, without further ado, here are your Twofers for the week…

 - 2 Ideas from others -

“People who embrace radical self-love set goals and go for them. They attract people into their lives who are intelligent, fun, inspiring and positive… They don’t judge other people [or themselves] for the personal choices they’ve made…”

“Don’t forget: We don’t need to be more pleasant, normal, or convenient, we just need to be ourselves. We need to save ourselves, because we need to save the world.”

- Glennon Doyle

- 2 Questions -

“What areas in life do you feel judged or are judging others?”
“What do you gain when you hold yourself back?”

Coach nudge: the answer is not “nothing.”
You always have something to gain, even if it doesn’t serve you.

- 2 Affirmations -

I notice when I judge myself and others.
I forgive myself often and focus on love and connection.
