On Excessive Gratitude

{November 23, 2021}

Being that this week is Thanksgiving, it’s only appropriate that we direct our attention to giving thanks for all we have right here, right now.

This week’s theme is: be EXCESSIVELY GRATEFUL for every little thing.

Listen, babe, the holiday marketing is in full force and your attention is being commanded toward consumption, lack, and everything that you don’t have.

By embracing the ideas below, you’ll take your power back, and be in control of your own attention.

That being said, here are your Twofers for the week…

- 2 Ideas from others -

“When it comes to gratitude, the dividends are in the details.”

- Marie Forleo

“Stop focusing on what you don’t have and take inventory of what you do have.”

- Chris Harder

- 2 Questions -

“What are 3 overlooked things that make your life easier?”

“What is ONE intangible thing you’re grateful for?”

Coach nudge: Write five (5) sentences about the one thing above. “I’m grateful that…”

- 2 Affirmations -

I am so happy and grateful for all that I have.

When I am grateful for what I already have, I am at peace with the timing of what is coming to me.
