  • “What thoughts/feelings do you experience most often? Overwhelm? Fear? Judged? Excited? Label it. Identify it. Move through it.”

  • “Who does this energy belong to?”

Coach nudge: A lot of times our thoughts and feelings stem from how others may perceive our actions and intentions. Ask yourself, “Who does this energy belong to? Where/Who is it coming from?” If it’s yours, take responsibility, make peace with yourself, and move through it.

If it’s someone else’s, send it back to them with love. Ground yourself in what you know and choose to believe is true.
