“Now is the time to get serious about living your ideals. How long can you afford to put off who you really want to be? Your nobler self cannot wait any longer.
Put your principles into practice – now. Stop the excuses and the procrastination. This is your life!…
From this instant on, vow to stop disappointing yourself. Separate yourself from the mob. Decide to be extraordinary and do what you need to do – now.

“That’s what it takes to get what you want. Not big, scary leaps once a year. It takes small, but irritating moves every single day.”

I recently read a tweet that literally made me LOL. It read,
”Well, well, well, if it isn’t the bridge I said I’d cross…”
Clever, right? The cheeky, little saying veils what we’re actually doing: procrastinating.
Epictetus asks us, “How long can you afford to put off who you really want to be?”

Aesthetics by Dara— After getting my esthetics license back in 2012, I realized that getting facials is so much more than “self care.” It’s a way to purge the buildup, slough off the dead, and nourish your beautiful skin. For those of you in Hawaii looking for a deep skin (and soul) refresh, I highly recommend my friend and mentor Dara Chun-Woodward. Her brilliant skin expertise and soulful conversations will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed on the deepest of levels.
Kickboxing Classes — For the last 3 months I’ve been taking a women’s kickboxing class once a week. I take it for a couple of different reasons: 1) the physical activity is great and there’s nothing like landing a solid right hook, and 2) to purposefully put myself in the humbling position of not knowing the the f*ck I’m doing in front of a group of women. It’s liberating and humanizing at the same time. You should try it!
