Here’s a hard truth that you may need to hear:

REST IS JUST AS PRODUCTIVE AS ACTION

Sorry, sis, we not holding back, today 😘

You see, making time for rest isn't about picking a day in the week and sleeping for 24 hours straight— although, tbh, that sounds glorious.

It's about giving yourself permission to recharge and fill your cup, so you can take action on your goals with fresh energy and inspiration.

Here’s how:

  1. Schedule it!

    Treat rest like a non-negotiable meeting with a VIP client. Put it in your calendar and move it for no one.

  2. Set boundaries

    Your evenings and weekends are for YOU and your family (fur babies count, too). Disconnect from work and be present in your downtime. When you get clear on your priorities during the day, you free up your time and attention for your priorities at night.

  3. Get quiet, get mindful

    A quick meditation or deep breathing works wonders for quieting the mind and maximizing rest. (Box breathing podcast episode coming soon!)

  4. Snooze right

    Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep and sneak in a power nap if you need a boost during the day. A quick 20 min one usually does the trick for me 😴

  5. Find your happy place

    Do what truly relaxes and recharges you, whether it's reading, surfing, or a Celine Dion karaoke sesh in the car (hey, I don’t judge). Figure out what fills your cup so that you can joyfully pour into others.

Gone are the days of the “hustle mentality,” my love. Time has proven that it’s not sustainable.

It's about taking care of yourself from the inside out.

It’s about achieving true success from the inside out.

Rest up, my love, and watch your dreams come to life!
