“Who the hell am I to be doing this? I shouldn’t be here! They want me to be on their podcast?!” One of the things that come up quite often during my coaching sessions or just casual talks with other entrepreneurs is imposter syndrome. Some call it the negative voice in their head, ego, others even name it because it’s so often present in their daily lives. Whatever the case may be for you, I don’t want you to think that you’re alone. Imposter syndrome is something that many-many small business owners and real estate agents face daily.

That’s why for this podcast episode, I invited my very good friend Juliet Lalouel to talk more about imposter syndrome, negative self-talk, how it shows up in our lives and where it’s coming from, and tips on how to overcome it. This conversation was so jam-packed with knowledge that we had to break it into two episodes. So whether you’re a new or expanding entrepreneur, grab your headphones because you’re in for a treat!

More about Juliet Lalouel:

Juliet is a full-time real estate agent investor and the founder of the Heavy Realty organization and movement. She's done everything from working in restaurants to building a bicycle business that started in a garage and graduated to a full-on retail store and warehouse. Cut to today, where she is the go-to matchmaker for musicians and their real estate investments.

Not too long ago, Juliet made the difficult decision to leave one of the top real estate teams in Hawaii, to go solo specializing as a one-stop-shop investor agent. Now she's actively flipping, buying, and selling homes, not only for her clients but also herself, in both the Denver and Hawaii markets, and is actively expanding her reach across the country. She's been able to grow a high-profile network, one that many investors only dream of having.

In this episode, we chat about:
