Leadership is crucial when building and growing your business and brand. To be a great leader is to first become a leader of Self. And bad leadership will be reflected not only in your business but also in the company you keep. Ron Wuestefeld, Co-Founder / Mentor of R³ Realtors (brokered by eXp Realty). A husband, father, former Army Infantryman and OIF/OEF/OND veteran. With 10 years of military experience and over 7 years of experience helping service members and their families transition out of military service. His service and dedication to his country and family highlight his passion for helping others. Ron’s approach to real estate is to help clients reach their goals of home ownership. Beyond qualification as a Realtor-Associate, Ron has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and is heavily involved in both the local and military community and sits on several non-profit and state committees. Ron serves as the President for the University of Phoenix Alumni Association in Hawaii and has a strong background of event planning with over 300 events under his belt. Ron is licensed in both Texas and Hawaii and is knowledgeable in working with real estate investors, the luxury market, Military relocation, and active duty to civilian transition. Ron’s military experience and  years of being a realtor in the community, Ron know the importance of finding a place you can call home.
