Episode 22: Healing from the Inside Out with Ali Ramos

Listen on: Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, Google Podcasts & other platforms

For today's podcast episode, I invited my good friend Ali Ramos to talk about health, healing, and the importance of mindset in your healing journey. Ali is an integrative women's health coach specializing in those suffering from chronic health issues such as endometriosis and autoimmune disease.

She shares her career transition from managing a veterinary center to becoming a coach, and what motivated her to specialize in chronic health issues. We dive into Ali's journey with endometriosis, what inspired her to look outside of modern medicine, and how she now balances her healing with other holistic approaches. We discuss the impact of gut health, functional diagnostics, and the connection between the subconscious mind and healing.

Join us as we end the episode by talking about other nontraditional ways of healing, such as micro-dosing and psychedelics, why traditional therapy doesn't work for some people, and how you can find the perfect therapist for you.
