After awareness and reflection

{August 2, 2022}

Continuing on in our formula of change (awareness + reflection + action = change), the next 5 weeks will be on the ACTION you take after awareness and reflection.

- 2 Ideas from others -

“Knowledge is power: You hear it all the time but knowledge is not power. It's only potential power. It only becomes power when we apply it and use it.”

- 2 Coaching Prompts -

Over these past few months, we’ve observed and questioned our experiences, memories and perspectives, and now it’s time to do something about it.

We’ve theorized and hypothesized, and now we will experiment with intention and purpose.

Your next step is share an insight from your growth with someone.

With that in mind, ask yourself…

  • Who can I share this change with?
    Sharing your lessons and insights with someone else will help solidify and internalize them so that they last longer.

  • How will I share it?
    Instagram post, blog, phone call, coffee date, your choice. Get excited about it, too! Who knows if someone else has gone through something similar and can glean from your insights and takeaways?

- 2 Affirmations -

  • I take action with intention and purpose

  • Sharing is part of the growth process

Screen Time ChecklistThis one is for my mommy-friends. Idk why it took me so long to create this, but this is the checklist I created for my littles in order for them to earn their iPad/TV time. I fully recognize that this isn’t revolutionary, but it’s been a game changer! Feel free to steal template for yourself.
